The Atlanta Singers are a professional vocal ensemble known for their innovative programming and engaging performance style. Now in their 33rd season, the Singers have developed a reputation for excellence in the performance of a wide range of choral repertoire ranging from Renaissance sacred masterworks to Twentieth Century music.  Comprised of some of the region's finest soloists who are dedicated to the art of small-ensemble choral singing, the Atlanta Singers are frequently heard on Performance Today.  And their latest recordings, Antiphonica and Deep River, have met with critical acclaim.

Reviews

This little concert could well be the musical highlight of the whole holiday season in Atlanta, just in terms of the pure joy for the listener. And as for technique, anyone who has ever sung in a choir will sit in wonder. These guys are money.  Atlanta Journal Constitution

Intricate, classical harmonies perfectly sung by this talented ensemble.  Primarily A Cappella

Deep River is an exhilarating all-American collection.... It is as good a tribute to the work of Moses Hogan as any I've heard.  American Record Guide

Beautifully molded lines pitched to perfection...the variety of voices was surprising; the balance here is superlative.  The Post and Courier, Charleston

Clear, no-frill music making.... Routinely they produce that balanced, seamless integrated tone that you and I spend an eternity working for in our madrigal groups and never achieve.   American Record Guide
